Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms are really out of date with gross, stained carpets, old beat-up furniture, and a bedroom facing the parking lot, but the service is extremely accommodating and professional. The location is ideal with beautiful views across the lake, less noisy than staying in the pedestrian village, and very close to Mont Tremblant. The dining experience offers a breakfast with a variety of options but at an extra cost. The facilities are up-to-date.
Wow, this hotel is truly a gem! The rooms are stunning with a beautiful fireplace and glass doors, perfect for a wedding dinner. They are tasteful, bright, and simply amazing. However, it's a minor inconvenience that they only open the rooms if they know you're coming. With 2 single beds and a cozy sofa bed, the rooms are comfortable and inviting.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great aspects. The location was wonderful, close to Tremblant village with various amenities nearby, but it's sad to see some areas looking outdated. The service was exceptional, especially towards our kids, although it's a shame to observe a decline in some aspects. The breakfast had a decent variety, but the rooms needed some serious attention in terms of cleanliness and atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although equipped with a kitchenette, seemed outdated and poorly maintained with burn holes in the carpet and furniture, and mold in the shower. The staff, on the other hand, was extremely friendly and helpful, which added to the value of the suites. The location was convenient, being just a few minutes away from the activities we had planned, but the complex layout and noisy floors were a downside. The dining experience was satisfying with a variety of breakfast options, though the price for breakfast was not included in the room rate. Overall, the facilities were adequate, but the condition of the rooms needs improvement.
The hotel offers stunning views of the lake from large rooms with convenient kitchen units and fireplaces. The service is professional and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The location, although nice with beautiful prints, is slightly complicated to navigate. Dining options consist of a continental breakfast, and the facilities are well-maintained.
